Terms By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
  2. Definitions In these Terms of Use:
  • "School" refers to Regier Education Inc., and any future variations of the school's name.
  • "User," "Learner," "Participant," "Student," refer to any individual accessing or using the School's services.
  • "Content" refers to all materials, information, and resources provided by the School.
  • "Organization" and "Business" refer to Regier Educational Services.
  • "Program," "Courses," and "Academy" refer to the educational offerings provided by the School.
  1. 3. Use License Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s website;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the School at any time.   • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the School’s services.
  • Engage in bullying, harassment, or any other behavior that negatively impacts other learners or participants.

The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. The School does not take responsibility for decisions and actions taken by the user (course participant), based on the learning and information received. By purchasing a course, and/or the membership, you agree to not hold the School Regier Education Inc. (formerly Leaders Inspired or Inspired Leaders), the business Regier Educational Services, owner and instructor Patricia Regier, responsible for risk, liability, personally or professionally. You agree to the release of liability and waiver of the right to sue if any loss results from participation in the activity, including an expressed assumption of risk where you the participant acknowledge understanding the nature of the activity and the risks involved, and choose voluntarily to accept those risks. The School is not responsible for the application of the learning materials provided.

Limitations In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized representative of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The School, owner, and instructor are not responsible or liable for any harm or loss arising from the use of linked sites, affiliate links, featured products, platforms, tools, or related services. Users are advised to review the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party sites.
  5. 9. Site Terms of Use Modifications The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.
  6. 10. Governing Law Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Regier Education Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the website using your Internet account.
  8. 12. Privacy Policy Your use of the School’s website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by this reference.

Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the School’s services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The use of the Teachable platform does not alter or affect the jurisdictional provisions of this agreement.
  10. 14. Age Requirement Users must be at least 18 years old to use the School’s website and services. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Participation in Interactive Sessions When interactive sessions or learning community-building opportunities are offered through the courses, via other platforms such as ZOOM or Facebook group (and others), participation is voluntary. The School, owner, and instructor are not responsible for risk and liability for any harm or loss from interactions on these platforms. The interactions increase the learning and enrich the experience; however, this is not guaranteed. Privacy cannot be guaranteed on public platforms, even when it is a private page. Zoom or video sessions are recorded for the benefit of the course participants. If you do not want to be recorded, please do not turn on your video. You can still participate in the chat box. If you have any concerns, please contact the instructor. Bullying, harassment, or any other behavior that negatively impacts other learners or participants will not be tolerated. A student can be removed from interactive sessions, and possibly the School, if their behavior negatively impacts others. While we will make every effort to ensure a positive learning environment, we cannot guarantee the behavior of others in interactive opportunities.
  13. 17. Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity We make efforts to make the learning accessible; please contact us if some needs are not met. We also reflect our values of accessibility, diversity, inclusion, and equity and do our best to reflect these values in all our interactions and materials.
  14. 18. Technical Capacity and Support The School, owner, and instructor are not responsible for your device’s technical capacity to view videos and participate in activities. Additionally, while we strive to support your technical knowledge to navigate the course and activities, we are not responsible for any technical issues that may arise. Please contact us for support if you encounter any technical difficulties. The School is also not responsible if the platform Teachable is down, experiencing technical difficulties, or running updates.
  15. 19. Notices and Disclaimers The School, owner, and instructor are not responsible for any notifications, disclaimers, or information that is not read or followed by the user. Some videos may contain strobe lights, and it is the learner’s responsibility to review all information, including disclaimers. We support your learning and aim to set you up for success, but you are responsible for navigating the materials and adhering to all provided guidelines and instructions.
  16. 20. References and Sources We have made every effort to reference and source all materials accurately; however, the School, owner, and instructor are not liable for any references or sources that may have been missed. Users are encouraged to verify any sources independently.
  17. 21. Your Acceptance Of These Terms By enrolling in the School, you signify your acceptance of the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not enroll in the School. Your continued enrollment in the School following the posting of changes to this Terms of Use will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
  18. 22. Consent to Contact By signing up, registering, enrolling, and providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by this School and related personnel.

Additional Clarification in regards to the Privacy Policy & Terms of Use: Partners with this Platform Information collected via the Teachable platform, on behalf of this school: Regier Education Inc. (formerly Leaders Inspired) includes the owner, instructor, host, and founder: Patricia Regier. You are providing permission for correspondence from Regier Educational Services in relation to these courses, this school, and this learning platform/program. Any other permissions are optional for additional resources and information directly from Regier Educational Services’ email service provider via MailChimp and related services.
